The Tactical Deployment Lead (TDL) Shackle is designed to pair with the Tactical Deployment Lead (TDL) Tether as a quick-release, tactical dog leash. However this shackle can be used with any lead with an added ring, for a hands-free or quick release option.
The Quick Release Snap Shackle securely attaches to the handler and allows the dog to be rapidly deployed with one hand, even when the tether is under tension. The climbing rated snap shackle is attached using a girth-hitch loop made of durable mil-spec webbing. The girth-hitch allows the shackle to be added or removed easily to a belt or vest without having to reconfigure your equipment load-out.
