Refund policy


Returns are made at your own expense unless the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent as a letter or package, not against cash on delivery. We do not collect recommended packages or letters.

We follow the Distance Contracts Act and thus you have the right to return ordered goods without stating any reason. You regret your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving your order. The article must be returned well packaged, in unused condition, with all labels and tags left on the product and in the original box.

If you as a customer have handled the item to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or function and this has led to the item being returned being less valuable, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the item's depreciation on the amount to be refundable. The decrease in value is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

In the event of transport damage, a complaint must be made immediately. It is very important when you receive the order that you inspect it if it has been damaged in transit. If you pick up your package from an agent, we recommend that you report a transport damage to the agent and then contact us by e-mail or telephone. If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the package, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the post office or the transport company, you must contact them and make a claim report.

You are responsible for ensuring that returns to us arrive in full. You should save the receipt so that you can prove that the item has been sent back to us and to follow the return of the shipment.

Working K9 Scandinavia does not administer exchanges, but you as a customer have a 14-day right of return. To exchange your item for another, you return according to our return terms and then order the item you want instead. You are responsible for return shipping, we do not accept returns via cash on delivery.

All goods sent back to us must be in original condition and keep all labels and original packaging. If the product or packaging has changed from its original condition, we may make a price deduction that corresponds to the product's depreciation.


If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the article as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the article. This applies provided that the product is returned in unused condition, and retains all labels and original packaging. You must of course examine the product to determine its properties and function. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the item. When you return an item, you bear the risk when the item is sent back to us. Remember to pack the product properly so that it cannot be damaged during transport. If the product or packaging has changed from its original condition, we may make a price deduction that corresponds to the product's depreciation.
