Returns – 30 Days
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be in the same condition as when you received it

be unused

have all original tags and labels attached

be in its original packaging

be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Contact us immediately if your item is:

defective
-
incorrect
so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

custom or personalized products

sale items
-
gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item:

Return the original item according to our return policy.

Place a new order for the item you want instead.
EU Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
For orders delivered within the EU, you are legally entitled to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
To qualify for the right of withdrawal, the item must:

be unused and in the same condition as when received

have all tags attached

be in its original packaging

include a receipt or proof of purchase
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved:

your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method

refunds are typically processed within 10 business days

your bank or card provider may require additional time to complete the transaction

Return Shipping & Responsibility

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly packed.

Returns must be sent as a standard parcel or letter.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) or registered mail.

You are responsible for ensuring the return arrives in good condition.

Always keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.
Shipping Damage
If you suspect your item was damaged during transport:

Inspect the package immediately upon delivery.

If collected from a pickup point, report the damage to the agent before leaving.

Contact us by email afterwards.

If damage is discovered after opening and is due to the carrier, you must file a claim with the transport company.
Refunds Under the Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling Act)
When exercising your right of withdrawal, we will refund the value of the item within 30 days of receiving the return, provided that the item is:

undamaged

in its original packaging

with all tags attached
You are responsible for the return shipping cost and bear the risk during transport.
If the item has been handled more than necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, or function, a deduction may be made for depreciation.
